It all starts with calories

Calories are a function of both food consumed and the digestion speed. Start by eating more complex carbohydrates when given the chance. Opt for the salad over bread. Whole wheat over white. Protein over carbohydrates.

Simple yet Doable

Put a weighted vest on or some weight in a backpack and go. 

  • 1 mi weighted vest run

  • 50 push ups

  • 50 sit ups

  • 1 mi weighted vest run

  • 50 push ups

  • 50 sit ups

No weights needed

Do As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 min. 

One Round Includes:
